Classic English Country Garden

My clients’ beautiful country hall required a touch of classic formality to the front with pleached hornbeam trees rising above the driveway wall, clipped taxus cones, roses, peonies, delphiniums and clipped box hedging. At the rear of the formal entrance garden a sculpture and bench facing back towards the house act as a focal point and a place to admire the planting in this classic garden design.

A light touch was applied elsewhere in the classic garden design with a stepping stone path up to the swimming pool courtyard and mown paths through areas of long grass with spring bulbs leading to a beautiful natural pond within this classic design.
