It’s time to sit down with a cuppa or a glass of your favourite festive tipple and have a look at the newly uploaded gardens on the portfolio page of my website as well as some fresh photos of some of the original gardens too! I’m thrilled to finally show you some of the gardens that have won prestigious Society of Garden Designer (SGD) awards in recent years. Earlier this year Sea Dune and Samphire won two SGD Awards 2020 – including the inaugural Beth Chatto SGD Award with a focus on environmental and sustainable planting and design, whilst Sinuous Path was joint winner of the SGD Garden Jewel Award 2017.
Many thanks to all the wonderful clients, landscapers, nurseries, garden lighting specialists and suppliers for making the gardens a reality and to the fabulous professional photographers who have captured the gardens so beautifully over the years. In June 2021 Sue Townsend Garden Design will be celebrating 20 years in business – I really can’t believe it but am looking forward to a big celebration!
